From The UK To BAJA

A 2000-mile desert endurance challenge. 

Race Rally Supplies is supporting Pat Masters on his journey to the NORRA Baja 1000 (2000 edition) - one of the toughest off-road races in the world.

THE PROJECT 

This is a structured endurance racing programme leading to 2027. 

A British-built off-road vehicle is being developed for one purpose: To compete in and complete the NORRA Baja 1000 (2000 edition). 

A 2000-mile desert endurance race across Baja California. 

THE CHALLENGE 

The Baja 1000 (2000 edition) tests: 

  • Endurance
  • Reliability
  • Preparation
  • Survival under extreme conditions 

Terrain includes: 

  • Sand
  • Rock
  • Heat
  • Multi-day fatigue environments 

Finishing is never guaranteed. 

THE BUILD 

The vehicle has already completed: 

  • UK development mileage
  • Moroccan desert testing
  • Ongoing refinement based on real-world conditions 

Now entering final preparation phase before USA shipment. 

EQUIPMENT SUPPORT 

Race Rally Supplies is providing: 

  • Bespoke RRS sublimated racewear (in development)
  • Bell open-face rally helmets
  • Zero Noise intercom systems
  • Additional motorsport equipment as required 

All selected for endurance performance in real conditions.
