Arai CK-6 Junior Karting Helmet – CMR2016 Approved

The Arai CK-6 is a junior karting helmet for drivers up to 15 years old, built to the CMR2016 standard used in CIK-FIA international karting. It has a smooth, compact SFL outer shell that reduces drag and buffeting, a multi-density inner shell, interchangeable multi-thickness cheek pads, a large 90mm visor aperture and F1-style tear-off preparation.

The SFL outer shell is light, smooth and compact, which minimises drag and buffeting at speed. The multi-density inner shell is engineered for a secure, comfortable fit on a child's head, and Enhanced Hyper Ridge adds structural reinforcement. The helmet meets the CMR2016 standard used internationally in karting.

Ventilation and comfort

Four top ventilation ducts and air slots in the chin piece keep air moving, and front and rear ventilation scoops help keep young drivers cool during races. The interchangeable multi-thickness cheek pads let you tailor the fit to the driver.

Visor and visibility

The 90mm visor aperture maximises peripheral vision. The helmet is prepared for F1-style tear-offs so visors can be changed quickly in competition, and the removable cheek pads and visor aperture are designed for easy maintenance.
