Bell RS7-K Carbon Karting Helmet

The Bell RS7-K Carbon is a premium, karting-specific helmet designed for competitive kart use where lightweight performance, comfort, and effective impact protection are essential. Based on the RS7 platform and inspired by the HP7 design, the RS7-K Carbon has been engineered to deliver excellent aerodynamic efficiency while reducing internal noise and maintaining stability at speed.

The helmet features an ultra-lightweight carbon composite shell, providing exceptional strength and energy management without compromising comfort. Unlike circuit racing helmets, the RS7-K Carbon uses a non-fire-retardant but highly durable interior, optimised specifically for the demands of karting environments.

For clear, reliable visibility, the RS7-K Carbon is fitted with an optical-grade injected Double Screen Anti-Fog (DSAF) visor. A synthetic rubber gasket seal surrounds the eyeport, preventing dirt, dust, and water ingress. Ventilation is handled by a highly efficient system incorporating 14 air intake and extraction channels, ensuring consistent airflow and effective temperature regulation during intense racing conditions.

Clear top and side air intakes are supplied to further enhance airflow, ducting fresh air through the helmet. The advanced multi-density, multi-piece liner is designed to maximise energy absorption and impact performance, while the ergonomic interior shape ensures a secure and comfortable fit across a range of head shapes.
