Bell RS7-K Karting Helmet

Designed specifically for karting, the Bell RS7-K is a high-performance helmet developed for competitive kart use. Based on the proven RS7 platform and inspired by the HP7 design, the RS7-K combines advanced aerodynamics, effective ventilation, and excellent impact management in a karting-only configuration.

The helmet features a lightweight carbon-fibreglass composite shell, engineered to deliver strong energy absorption while maintaining a balanced, stable feel at speed. Unlike circuit racing helmets, the RS7-K uses a non-fire-retardant but highly durable interior, optimised for the unique demands of karting environments.

For clear, reliable visibility, the RS7-K is fitted with an optical-grade injected 3mm Double Screen Anti-Fog (DSAF) visor. A synthetic rubber gasket seal surrounds the eyeport, preventing dust, dirt, and water ingress. Ventilation is handled by a highly efficient system with 14 air intake and extraction channels, ensuring consistent airflow and effective temperature control during intense sessions.

The shell and visor geometry are carefully optimised to reduce internal noise, improve airflow, and enhance overall aerodynamic stability. Optional air intake components and a rear spoiler are available separately to allow further customisation.
