In 2022, after more than 25 years of continuous service, Lifeline’s acclaimed Zero 2000 range was succeeded by the Zero 2020. Built on Lifeline’s core engineering principles, this next-generation system is smaller, lighter, and more efficient, while maintaining the highest levels of motorsport safety.

Introducing advanced water-based suppressant technology to the motorsport arena, the Zero 2020 redefines what’s possible in fire protection. Lifeline’s market-leading misting nozzle technology delivers the fastest heat absorption and fire knockdown performance available from a water-based system.

Supplied with a comprehensive installation kit, the Zero 2020 uses three nozzles in the engine bay and two in the cockpit, ensuring rapid, even discharge and simplifying installation. The result is the lightest and most effective FIA-compliant system available to competitors at every level.

Zero 2020 FIA 3.0-litre Electric (Electrical Kit)

An FIA/MSUK-approved 3.0-litre electric plumbed-in extinguisher system. The fabricated aluminium bottle is charged with Zero 2020 suppressant and features a control box and dual push-button activation for fast, reliable operation. Supplied as a complete installation kit.
