Lifeline FIA Seat Mounting Kit 600mm

Following updates introduced in the 2020 edition of the Motorsport UK Blue Book, seat rails compliant with FIA Appendix J Article 253/A16.2 and Motorsport UK K2.2.2 / Drawing K64 are now mandatory.

While Motorsport UK has provided a grace period for the introduction of these regulations, all competitors are strongly encouraged to upgrade to compliant seat rail systems at the earliest opportunity to ensure future eligibility.

This weld-in seat rail kit is designed to meet current FIA and Motorsport UK requirements and is suitable for a wide range of competition vehicles. Manufactured from high-quality steel throughout, the kit provides strength, durability, and secure mounting for competition seats.

Kit Contents:

• 2 × Seat rails – 597mm long, CR4 steel
• 4 × Weld-in bosses – EN3B steel, M8 threaded
• 4 × Mounting plates – CR4 steel, 45mm × 90mm × 3mm
• 4 × Chassis mount plates – CR4 steel, 110mm × 65mm × 2mm, with M8 nuts
• 8 × Zinc-coated bolts – M8, 10.9 grade, supplied with spring washers

Designed for competition use and suitable for rally, race, and track vehicles where FIA / Motorsport UK compliance is required.
