Bring your ideas to life with a professional design process. Before any paintwork begins, concepts can be created digitally for approval, helping you visualise the finished design and make adjustments before your helmet enters production.

Our Helmet Painting Process

1. Choose Your Helmet

Select from our range of premium helmets including Arai, Bell and RRS — or send us your own helmet for a bespoke paint finish.

2. Reserve a Paint Slot

Due to demand and the level of detail involved, waiting times can reach 4–5 months. Contact us to reserve a suitable production slot for your helmet.

3. Design Creation

Once your booking is confirmed, work begins on your custom design. A computer-generated concept can be produced for approval before painting starts, allowing colours, graphics and details to be refined. Alternatively, a design can be created from a discussion or sketch if you prefer a more open brief.

4. Accessories & Finishing Touches

Complete your helmet with optional additions including visors, spoilers, custom vents, paint protection film (PPF), and other finishing details.

5. Completion & Return

Once complete, your helmet is carefully finished, packaged and prepared for safe return.
