Are all the products on Race Rally Supplies suitable for motorsport?

How do I know which product is right for me?

Do you sell genuine products?

What does FIA approved mean?

FIA approval means that a product has been tested and certified against a specific FIA technical standard.

The exact standard matters. For example, FIA 8856-2018 applies to certain items of motorsport clothing and footwear, while FIA 8860 applies to high-performance helmets.

Does FIA approval mean a product is suitable for every form of motorsport?

Seats, Harnesses & Safety Equipment

How do I choose the right racing seat?

The correct seat depends on the vehicle, mounting arrangement, driver dimensions, intended use and applicable regulations.

If you’re replacing an existing seat, having details of your current installation can be particularly helpful.

Do racing seats come with mounting brackets?

This varies between products. Some seats are supplied as the seat only, while others may require separate side mounts, subframes or mounting hardware.

How do I choose the correct harness?

Do you supply fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems?

Yes. Race Rally Supplies supplies motorsport fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems from established manufacturers.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK and can ship many products internationally.

International delivery options, costs and import requirements vary depending on the destination and product.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on whether an item is in stock, available from a supplier or made to order.

Stocked products are normally dispatched as quickly as possible. If an item has a specific lead time, this will be indicated where possible.

Can I track my order?

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will normally be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We regularly supply motorsport equipment to customers outside the UK.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Eligible products can normally be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Some products, including personalised, customised or made-to-order items, may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Can I exchange racewear or helmets if I order the wrong size?

For standard, unused products, exchanges may be possible subject to our returns policy.

Because correct sizing is particularly important for helmets, race suits and other safety equipment, we recommend contacting us before ordering if you are unsure.

Can I return a custom racing suit?

Custom and personalised products are generally made specifically for the customer and cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

We therefore recommend carefully checking your measurements, specification and design approval before manufacture.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. Race Rally Supplies works with motorsport businesses, teams, workshops and other trade customers.

If you regularly purchase motorsport equipment, contact us to discuss opening a trade account.

Can you supply teams and competition partners?

Yes. We can supply individual competitors as well as teams and larger motorsport programmes.

For larger requirements, custom racewear, repeat orders or team equipment packages, contact us directly.

Can I speak to someone before ordering?

Absolutely. If you’re spending serious money on motorsport equipment and aren't sure what you need, we'd rather you speak to us first than order the wrong product.
