These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites www.racerallysupplies.co.uk and www.rrs-store.co.uk (collectively, “Service”) operated by Race and Rally Supplies (Motorsport) LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
1. Introduction
1.1 Race and Rally Supplies (Motorsport) LTD is a retailer and broker of motorsport products. We do not manufacture any products sold through our Service.
1.2 The Service allows you to browse and purchase motorsport products, including but not limited to racewear, parts, and accessories.
1.3 Our role is to facilitate the sale of goods and coordinate delivery. We act as an agent for the couriers used to deliver products, handling parcels on your behalf. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failure caused by couriers. Risk in the goods passes to you at the point of handover to the courier.
2. Communications
2.1 By using our Service, you consent to receiving marketing, newsletters, and promotional communications. You may opt out at any time.
2.2 All communications may be sent to the email or postal address you provide, and we cannot be held liable for failure to receive communications if contact information is incorrect.
3. General
3.1 “Working day” refers to any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, UK public holiday, or bank holiday.
3.2 These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, and contracts, including internet, telephone, and post.
3.3 Trade customers must ensure compliance with all regulations; implied warranties and conditions are excluded except as required by law.
3.4 Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are detailed per product. While we aim to meet these times, delays may occur. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
3.5 All shipments are dispatched within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. Delivery is subject to the chosen courier’s schedule.
3.6 Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
3.7 All product specifications, weights, measurements, and technical data are provided by manufacturers and may change. Customers should verify all information before purchase.
3.8 Price errors, stock inaccuracies, or typographical mistakes may occur. We will notify customers and allow them to accept corrected pricing or cancel.
4. Purchases & Payment
4.1 By making a purchase, you confirm that all payment details are accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the chosen payment method.
4.2 Payments may be processed via third-party services. By placing an order, you consent to the transfer of necessary information to these services.
4.3 If payment fails or the order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and offer a refund where applicable.
5. Returns & Cancellations
5.1 Consumer Rights: UK customers may cancel goods within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
5.2 Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Standard postage costs are non-refundable.
5.3 Change of Mind / Restocking Fee: If goods match the description, are functional, and fit for purpose, but you simply change your mind, we may charge a 5% restocking fee, and return postage is your responsibility.
5.4 Special Order Items: Certain goods (custom, special order, or bespoke products) may not be eligible for refund.
5.5 Defective Goods: Defective goods must be returned for inspection before any replacement. Customers must notify us before arranging third-party repairs or replacements.
5.6 Competition Products: Products intended for motorsport or extreme use are sold as-is. Liability for failure, wear, or associated losses (competition points, fees, or awards) is disclaimed.
6. International Sales
6.1 Customers outside the UK are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with local laws.
6.2 Delivery times and costs may vary internationally.
6.3 Warranties, returns, and legal remedies may be subject to local jurisdiction.
7. Product Liability & Manufacturer Defects
7.1 We do not manufacture products. Any defect or failure should be pursued with the original manufacturer.
7.2 We do not accept liability for product malfunctions, improper use, modifications, or failures caused by third-party components.
7.3 Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the Service (excluding user-submitted content) is the property of Race and Rally Supplies (Motorsport) LTD.
8.2 You may not copy, modify, or use our trademarks or content without written permission.

11. Orders, Delivery & Title
11.1 Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment.
11.2 Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
11.3 Discrepancies, shortages, or damages must be reported within 7 days.
11.4 Customers may insure shipments at their own discretion.
12. Customer Responsibilities
12.1 Customers must ensure that all products purchased comply with local regulations.
12.2 Race and Rally Supplies disclaims responsibility for unauthorized use, modifications, or installation of products.
12.3 Customers agree to provide accurate personal, billing, and delivery information.
13. Termination
13.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for breach of Terms.
13.2 Termination does not affect accrued rights, warranty disclaimers, or liability limitations.
14. Acts of God & Force Majeure
14.1 We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other extraordinary events.
14.2 We may adjust delivery schedules or suspend services until conditions are resolved.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms are governed by English law.
15.2 Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
15.3 English is the sole language for contracts and communications.
